The restauration involved part of the former convent “Madri Orsoline” in Fidenza. The goal of the intervention is to recover and restore the staircase leading to the rooms of the civic library “Michele Leoni” and of the museum “Nullo Musini”.
The intent is to recover the staircase’s function through several restauration works and the recovery of the pre-existent murals and paintings on the vault and on the northern and southern walls.
For what concerns the materials’ deployment, the will is to respect the original quality and architectural features of the building, departing from the tampering of which has been object.
