MB Solutions is the result of the collaboration between the architectural firm of Giovanni and Simona Rossi and the surveyor Matteo Buttarelli: the partnership is born with the aim to combine their experience obtained in the construction industry and to provide a full set of architectural and building services.
This collaboration brought to a great synergy of skills and a strong network of highly qualified partners for every construction phase, through which MB Solutions manages and coordinates the whole construction project, from the planning to the supervision of works in every detail, including the papers’ preparation and management, always with the aim to offer unconventional solutions and to focus on the environmental impact.
Giovanni Rossi
Architect
Founder of the architectural firm Rossi, Giovanni graduated in 1979 with the maximum score from the the Faculty of Architecture at Politecnico di Milano and since then worked at several projects for the recover and restoration of public works and spaces. Besides his activity as architect, Giovanni undertook the teacher career, from 1971 to 2011, at the Institute for Surveyors “Luca Paciolo”, in Fidenza.
Author of several publications, Giovanni also received the following awards:
- Prize for the contest “Requalification ideas for Montechiarugolo’s Old Towns’ public spaces” (Second place – 2004)
- Honorable Mention at the contest “I Sagrati d’Italia” (2005)
- Prize for the category “Exceptional maintenances” at the international contest “Sistema d’Autore METRA” (2014), with the project “Palazzo Bellotti”
- Honorable Mention at the international contest “La ceramica e il progetto” (2014), with the project “Palazzo Bellotti”
- Honorable Mention at the International Wiessmann contest “La progettazione innovativa ed economicamente sostenibile”, with the project “Casa sul Parco” (2013)
- Knight Commander of the Pontifical Order of Pope Saint Sylvester (2007)
- Knight of the Order of Merit or the Italian Republic (2009)
After becoming a qualified surveyor in 2002, Matteo acquired a concrete experience in the building sector through several collaboration with firms and studios and projects for private customers, providing every kind of service from the planning to the construction’s management.
All these services are improved and extended through the activity of Matteo’s own Studio, which provides solutions and assistance for both residential and industrial projects.

Graduated with the maximum score from the Faculty of Architecture at Politecnico di Milano and qualified as energetic certifier, since 2009 Simona carried out several assignment and tasks for private customers, firms and Municipal Administrations as architectural designer and works’ director, focusing mostly on activities of functional requalification and urban enhancement.
Besides having her publications printed and receiving mentions on several issues and periodicals, Simona obtained the following acknowledgments:
